Haolan Environmental Protection, as a participating unit of the "Technical Guide for Ex-Situ Treatment of Chromium Contaminated Soil", actively completes the tasks arranged by the editor-in-chief according to the time node. A relatively mature treatment process route is extracted to provide process route reference and practical and effective engineering parameters for the compilation of this technical guide.
In terms of the treatment of chromium-contaminated soils, the "Plan for Risk Prevention, Control and Restoration of Chromium Slag Contaminated Sites" (2015-2020) compiled by the Ministry of Environmental Protection clarified that there are 61 chromium-contaminated sites in two types of chrome slag storage yards and chrome salt factories. . Since 2010, with the support of the national heavy metal special funds, some sites have carried out engineering treatment work, but the treatment technology, chemicals, restoration standards, and disposal directions are very different, and it is difficult to restore and control chromium-contaminated sites in other parts of my country. Therefore, it is necessary to research and summarize the cases that have been carried out, and put forward scientific and reasonable design requirements and regulations. In addition, according to the pollution characteristics of chromium-contaminated sites and the treatment cases at home and abroad, the treatment technologies for chromium-contaminated sites mainly include three categories, namely ex-situ treatment technology for chromium-contaminated soil, in-situ treatment technology for chromium-contaminated soil, and treatment technology for chromium-contaminated groundwater . Judging from the cases that have been carried out in China at present, all of them are basically ex-situ treatment technologies, and the treatment of groundwater has not been involved. Therefore, it is very necessary to formulate the "Technical Guidelines for Ex-Situ Treatment of Chromium Contaminated Soils", which will fill the gap in the treatment standards for chromium-contaminated soils in my country.
This standard is a group standard of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. It is planned to stipulate the technology, implementation, secondary pollution control, and testing requirements of ectopic treatment of chromium-contaminated soil. It has normative guiding significance for ex-situ treatment of chromium-contaminated soil.
